Andy(Phillip Seymour Hoffman) and Hank (Ethan Hawke) Hanson are brothers, they look like don’t have any problems, but is not real. Andy works for a big company and has a good life with a beauty wife, Gina (Marissa Tomei). While Hank is divorced his ex hate him, but his daughter loves him… has many economic problems but is hard working to keep his peace.
Really nothing is looks, Andy is bankrupt and his wife is cheating him with his pwn brother Hank. So Andy is planning a steal, robber a jewelry, with Hank, even this one, at first doesn’t want, finally accept because doesn’t has money, and really need it. Everything go to be good, all is easy, Hank go to the jewelry, scare the saleswoman, is old woman, take wathever he can, and go away… all of damages will be cover with the insurance. Was their parent’s jewelry… they know alll of datails.
Not at all happened like they thought, because the saleswoman was their mother and he shoot….
Followed they’ll try to save their mother’s life, while hiding to their father all the truth….
