Marisa Ventura (Jennifer Lopez) is single mother, is a maid at an important hotel at Manhattan, she is good, responsible and too honest with her job, and she is fighting for a new position as master … this season the hotel lot of activities with bigs personalities included since wealthy and powerful persons.
She will have her first problem when she lies a guest, but not whoever guest, Christopher Marshall (Ralph Fiennes), who is a so important person at political world. He fall in love to her, and she said that she is a guest, she said a guest name instead, Caroline Lane (Natasha Richardson), so Chris think one thing when really is other thing totally different.
